Lean Manufacturing - Course Outline
Lean Manufacturing is divided into three units: Lean Concepts, Lean Practices, and Implementing Lean. There are exercises throughout the program and upon completion of each unit learners can take the Lean Challenge to test their knowledge of what they learned in the unit. What would happen if you could eliminate mistakes in your manufacturing operations? Impossible you say? Not if you implement mistake-proofing techniques. When you eliminate mistakes everything you make will be made right the first time; you will have no scrap, no rework, and no disappointed customers.
