If your company is typical, you have a wide variety of training needs. All of these needs can't be met with one training delivery method. As an example, you might have service reps in the field who must access training through the Internet. You might have small, remote offices that need to train through your wide area network (WAN). Plus, you have workers who have direct access to a local area network (LAN). You might even have a learning lab set up with dedicated CDROM training stations.

Every course can work under every example listed above. And more importantly, every Mastery course works exactly the same way using any of the delivery methods and pricing plans.

Even if you deploy training using multiple methods, you can have one common database that works flawlessly and seamlessly with all of them. Train with one program, administer with one program, and report with one program. If you already have a training records database system, or Learning Management System (LMS), Mastery can provide a bridge to your existing database and courseware management system. These capabilities are all critical, because you can have the best content in the world but if it is on five different platforms that don't talk to each other and can't be uniformly controlled, it will be an implementation disaster and an administration nightmare.
