Fit is an important issue when it come to training. If your training fails to cover important material or appears to be irrelevant to your workers it has missed the mark.

Outbound Train offers a selection of titles for many topical areas so you can select a course that gets close to depicting your work environment and covers the material you need in the depth your workers need. But we know that's still an imperfect solution. Changes to a course can be made quickly and inexpensively, but they still may not provide the "perfect fit". The alternative is to spend a great deal more money and wait much longer for your own custom course.

We appreciate the importance of a "perfect fit" as much as we appreciate saving time and money. That's why Outbound Train offers a powerful course modification program and modification services to our customers.

Powerful Customization
We're not talking about just adding a few text screens. To do the job right you need to have the power to add, change, and delete any kind of information in the program—video, audio, graphics and text screens. You also need to be able to add, change, or delete questions, glossary terms, and the topical index. There even may be times when you need to change the language of the course. That's right. You can even dub over the original sound tracks with your own voice files to change the language of the course; any number of languages on the same computer, running the original CDROM or from a single network server. Of course you can change the language of the course's screen text too.
